Leslie gave a talk at MSU on monarchs hosted by her good friend and former lab-mate Elise Zipkin. She met there with many collaborators, including students and post-docs from the Zipkin lab and also Scott Swinton who she is working on a pesticide project. Then it was out to the Kellog Biological Station the next day to give a talk on butterfly thermal ecology hosted by her good friend and long-time mentor Nick Haddad! There she found the most awesome seminar announcement ever!! Thanks for the great hospitality!
